Since our first acquisition, "CE" has been our in-house property maintenance, construction, and rehabbing company that specializes in new kitchens. Professional services also include updating and/or building bathrooms, kitchens, foundations, utilities, siding, windows, decks, patios, aluminum/vinyl porches, hardwood and vinyl floors, and many other residential and commercial remodeling projects.

Since 1978, "DF" has administered our little-known, highly performing, trusted fund portfolio for a select group of accredited and sophisticated investors, astute private lenders, prominent local businessmen, family, friends and associates. DF funds Commercial Real Estate that has been acquired by one of our related companies, through the placement of private investments (of $50,000 or more each) that earn a high rate of return.
Because these private investments are secured by Apartment Complexes and Commercial Real Estate, they have been considered by our Private Money Partners to be one of the fastest, easiest, and most secured ways to earn a long term, higher rate of return on savings, investments, and retirement funds.
